Project Management Workshop

This one day course provides a quick start into Agile Project Management. By participating in a case study, you will learn Agile principles and practices within the context of a real world project. Our case study will uses a hybrid Agile process, using both Scrum and XP practices. The hybrid approach is becoming more common place as project teams establish a process that supports the unique variables of their environment.

Agile Migration Workshop

This two day course provides attendees with a roadmap for rolling out agile within their organization.  Deliverables include:

• Design of a communication plan
• Identification of which agile practices to pursue first 
• Identification of existing practices to keep
• A documented risk management plan for your migration
